Here you can view the six sessions that I (Paul Clark) found to be very encouraging. I especially was touched by Rick’s own personal experiences in Session 5 as he speaks to the topic of grief and loss.

Session 1: Never stop learning (13 Minutes long)

Rick states:” You can learn from anybody if you know the right questions. “The purposes of a person’s heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out.” (Proverbs 20,5 NIV) The quality of your life and ministry we will be determined by the quality of the questions you ask others as well as yourself. If you don’t ask the right questions who won’t get the right answers. If you don’t get the right answers you can’t develop the right strategy that will give you the right results.”

Session 2: Thoughts and ideas about how to be an overcomer and make it through the Corona Pandemic (44 minutes long)

Session 3: What can you do when your team of workers are exhausted and emotionally drained (4 minutes long)

 

Session 4: A question for Rick: Looking back after many years of ministry, is there something that you would have done differently? (10 minutes long)

Session 5: What do you need to know about helping others as well as yourself when dealing with grief and loss? (30 minutes long)

Rick offers many practical and helpful thoughts in this session and also shares personally how he and his wife Kay dealt with the loss of their son Mathew 8 years ago due to suicide.

Session 6: What is a church leader to do when, there is division among church members over matters like vaccines, politics, race and other divisive issues? (18 minutes long)
